The Gibson, located in the city’s center, is a cocktail bar that opened its doors in 2005 in Plaça del Mercat, next to the Passeig del Born. Open every day of the year, it served as a retreat and as inspiration for lifelong local customers who made this place their home. Standing for its family atmosphere, it’s a place where waiters already know what you want the minute you walk in. Its classic decoration reminds an old Parisian bar, with its Toulouse-Lautrec wall painting designed by our friend Biel Bover. Other spotlights are its golden mirrors painted by local artists.

The Dry Martini, the quintessential cocktail, the classic among the classics, always elaborated by the master Pere Sampol and, when retired, by his disciples.

Our local products stand out too. Special mention to our llonguets (baguette sandwiches) made of charcuterie from La Pajarita, our organic sobrassada from Son Cànaves, and the bread from Forn de la Pau.
