Punxuat is a group with over 35 years of experience in the restaurant industry in Palma de Mallorca. We have three restaurants with different but complementary atmospheres directed to various audiences, or simply to different moments and needs.
GIBSON
Gibson is a cocktail bar located at the Plaça del Mercat, in the city center. With a unique personality and situated among historical buildings, it opened in 2005 and is already part of Palma’s scenery.

MÓNACO
Bar Mónaco is an emblematic bar, one of Palma’s oldest (opened in 1929) and catalogued by the City Council. Located at the pedestrian street Nuredduna de Pere Garau, it is known for its llonguets (baguette sandwiches), its variats (mixed dishes), tapas and pambolis (bread and olive oil).
